*Squat Cleans cant re commence till both team members are back in the Box from run.

Wod with Matt I think we did 29.30 ? Matt 50kg and me at
ReplyDelete40kg, but I did chest 2 bar with orange and yellow band .
It was the best workout I've ever done and working with Matt
was great, I don't think I've pushed myself like that in a while.
