WOD 6 Rounds
10 Squat Clean 60/40
12 Shoulder to Overhead 60/40
15 C2B Pull-Ups
200m Run

*In Pairs & can share reps anyway you wish in order to complete.
*Only one person can be working at one time.
*Both partners must start run at same time.
*Squat Cleans cant re commence till both team members are back in the Box from run.

  1. Wod with Matt I think we did 29.30 ? Matt 50kg and me at
    40kg, but I did chest 2 bar with orange and yellow band .
    It was the best workout I've ever done and working with Matt
    was great, I don't think I've pushed myself like that in a while.
