WOD-Teams of 2
2 Rounds of the following Cycle:
In 5 minutes
Run 400m
Max Reps OHS 50/35 (Reps = score)
Rest 2 minute
In 5 minutes
Run 400m
Max Reps Toes 2 Bar (Reps = score)
Rest 2 minute

Rules-Both athletes go on the run but dont need to finish together, once 1 athlete is back they can start on the OHS or T2B. Both athletes complete as many reps within remaining time before the rest period.

Scoring- Total number of reps for OHS & Toe's 2 Bar combined.

    T2B were better than the last time i did them, still need lots of work though.

    Need to work on my shorter distance runs and sprints, felt horrible after the 1st round of running, i just wanted to walk when i was coming back near the golden arches.. But Michael pushing me along really helped in the last 2 rounds. Thanks Michael!
