If there is a 2 person team Thrusters/Pullups rep amount will be doubled, eg: 42-30-18, the rep amount will increase threefold should there be a 3 person team etc.
Just got home from the little red box Buzzen.
ReplyDeleteDid my first team fran tonight with Nathan in 13.55mins using 22.5kg and Blue and Red band for Nathan on the Pullups.
