SUPER YOUTH, BEGINNERS MASTERS 50-59YRSs 

(A) Mobility

(D) AusFL Semi-Final Event 1 Modified-Individually complete every 1min:30secs complete 12 Deadlifts 30/20kg, 9 Hang Power Cleans, 6 Push Jerks for 5 Rounds. Score is your total time worked e.g Round 1 time plus Round 2 Time Etc

(E) AusFL Semi-Final Event 3-Individually for time-50KB Strict Press 12/8kg 

(F) Mobility

(D) AusFL Semi-Final Event 1 Modified-Individually complete every 1min:30secs complete 12 Deadlifts 40/30kg, 9 Hang Power Cleans, 6 Push Jerks for 5 Rounds. Score is your total time worked e.g Round 1 time plus Round 2 Time Etc

(E) AusFL Semi-Final Event 2-Individually for max weight over 5 rounds and within a 2min cap per round-Complete 30 Double Unders + 1 Thruster. Score is your total weight for the thruster

(F) AusFL Semi-Final Event 3-Individually for time-50KB Strict Press 24/16kg 

(G) Mobility
