CFS 3 In-House Games Day



SUPER YOUTH & BEGINNERS 

(Event 1&2) For time-2.5km run(1st 500m scored as event 1). In between every lap 10 double unders

(Event 3In 15mins 3rm Bench Press total weight + max pull-ups 

(Event 4) Max hollow hold @ 30" box height

(Event 5) Max reps in 3mins 3 Power Snatch 15kg, 3 wallballs 6kg 9ft, 3 box jumps 12"

INTERMEDIATE

(Event 1&2) For time-3km run(1st 500m scored as event 1). In between every lap 30 double unders

(Event 3In 15mins 3rm Bench Press total weight + 1rm weighted pull-up 

(Event 4) Max hollow hold @ 30" box height

(Event 5) Max reps in 3mins 3 Power Snatch 30kg, 3 wallballs 6kg 10ft, 3 box jumps 20"

ADVANCED  

(Event 1&2) In 1min Max Calories Assault Bike, in 3mins Total Max Calories Assault Bike including 1st minute

(Event 3In 15mins 3rm Bench Press total weight + 1rm weighted chest 2 bar pull-up 

(Event 4) Max hollow hold @ 30" box height

(Event 5) Max reps in 15mins rotating stations every 1min of Pushups(chest slapping pushup count as 3 reps, pull-ups, calories on assault bike
