(B) AusFL Round 6 Event 1 In teams of 2-Team starts with 6 x 20m shuttle run (3 times each 10m out & 10m back relay style), 40 partner burpees (alternate lateral burpees over each other), 60 sumo deadlift high pull 24/16kg KB, 80 front squat holding KB on chest 24/16kg KB, 6 x 20m shuttle run (10m out & 10m back, relay style)
FROM THE COACH (A) Mobiize and warm up for each of the movements ahead (B) Use this time to practice your teamwork, communication, strategies (C) Use this time to practice a skill or do some extra conditioning, have some fun with it, get the stones out, the log, whatever you like (D) Spend as much time as you can recovering. Roll out, PNF stretch. See coach if unsure
