AusFL Round 2 FireBreathers vs R










Event 1
(A) AusFL Round 2 Event 1 "3in1" Workout 1 15-12-9 Squat Cleans 35/25kg, Ring Rows 20"Box, Lateral Burpees over Bar. Athlete A performs 15 Squat Cleans then Athlete B performs 15 squat cleans. This pattern continues until all reps are completed.(20min Cap) 

(BIn teams of 2-AusFL Event 1 "3in1" Workout 2-6 Rounds 20 D/B Snatch 20/12kg, 20 Squat with Dumbbell on Chest, 20m Shuttle Run. Athlete A completes a full round of Snatch, Squat & Shuttle then Athlete B completes a full round. This pattern continues until both athletes complete 3 Rounds each.(15min Cap)

(CIn teams of 2-AusFL Event 1 "3in1" Workout 3- In teams of 2 100 Push Jerks 50/35kg Male must complete 50 & female must complete 50reps. One Person working at a time. If the athlete performing the push jerks needs to rest he or she may rest in the front rack only. If the athlete needs to drop the bar there is a 10 wall ball penalty 9/6kg 10ft immediately. Athlete B can then start to chip away at their 50 reps. When both athletes have completed 50 reps the workout is done.


Event 2
(A) AusFL Round 2 Event 2 In teams of 3 in 5mins-Athlete A runs 200m, Athlete B Max Reps OHS 35/25kg, Athlete C
