(B) 3 Best Sets Bar M/U or Bar M/U Technique

(C) Individually complete-4 Rounds 6 Hang Power Snatch @75% of A, Max C2Bar  

Advanced 

(A) High Hang Power Snatch-Work to the limits of your movement & 3 Best Sets Strict L-Pullups

(B) Individually complete-4 Rounds 6 Hang Power Snatch @75% 1RM, Max Bar M/U

(C) Individually for time-Run 800m AFAP with weighted vest  

From the Coach (A) No Heavier then starting weight of B (B)  (C) CFS Rules Apply
