Coaches Tips-(A) 1kg max on any PB attempt, then your free to add what you like. I would encourage going until you miss one. The human body adapts to stimulus. My belief is that if you go until you miss one, your body will be better prepared for the weight the next time you attempt it, whether that's next week or the week after. Finishing on a successful lift is good for the ego, but does nothing to prepare you for your next PB. Plus, we learn more in life from our failures then our successes. How many of you over analyse a successful attempt? How many of you become neurotic about that near miss and how you will get it next time. If only i did this, if only i did that. We all know what i am talking about.
