(C) In teams of 2 for time-3 Rounds 30 Hang Power Clean 35/20kg, 1 WallWalk (Someone must be on the wall the whole time for Hang Power Clean to count)

Coaches Tips-(A) You can dump each rep. It's not about the weight it is about getting better at lifting. Make every movement look pretty and work on the limitations of YOUR movement, mobility, technique, a break down in form when the weight increases etc (B)
