(B) Weighted Pushup 3 x 12reps + Legless Rope Climb 3 x Max Height 

(C) Individually for max reps-4 Rounds FGB Style 1min Double KB Push Press 24/16kg, TTBar, Double KB Front Squat 24/16kg, KTE 1min Recovery
