(A) Clean or Snatch-Work within the limitations of your movement 

(B) Individually for time-FRAN 21-15-9 Thruster 43/30kg, pull-up
Intermediate 6am, 9:30am & 6:30pm

(A) Build Weight for Part B

(B) In 4mins find Olympic Total

(C) Individually for time-FRAN 21-15-9 Thruster 43/30kg, pull-up 
Advanced 9:30am & 5:30pm

Coaches Tips- (A) Warm Up to starting weight for B. This weight should be a weight you are confident of getting with some reservations. Your 2nd weight should aim for a 2.5kg PB. You will only have time for 2 lifts of each (B) It's time to tune up the engine and what a great way to blow out the cobwebs.
