Beginner 6am, 9:30am or 7:30pm



(A) Strict Press-Work 1 rep at a time to the limitations of your movement

(B) Atlas Stone-Techniques

(B) In teams of 2-40 Stone 2 Shoulder 43/30kg

Intermediate 6am, 9:30am or 6:30pm

(A) 1RM Strict Press

(B) Atlas Stone-Techniques

(B) In teams of 2-50 Stone 2 Shoulder 66/43kg
Advanced 9:30am or 5:30pm

(A) 1RM Strict Press

(B) Individually for time-5 Rounds 5 Stone2Shoulder 66/43kg, 10m Handstand Walk

(C) Individually for completed reps-Row 300/250m 6 x 1min 30 sec recovery
Focus- (A) Stronger then here (B) If you don't have a handstand walk practice during part B then complete 30 Stone2Shoulder for time (C) If you didn't make 5 last time round then today's the day
