(B) Individually for time-5 Rounds 5 Stone2Shoulder 66/43kg, 10m Handstand Walk
Focus- (A) Stronger then here (B) If you don't have a handstand walk practice during part B then complete 30 Stone2Shoulder for time (C) If you didn't make 5 last time round then today's the day
