Shoulder Strength & Stability, 5RM OLS, In teams of 2 200 TTB, 200 WallBalls, 200 Kb Swings


Beginner 6am & 7:30pm
(A) Shoulder Strength & Stability

(B) In teams of 2 for time-100 Abmat Situps, 100 Air Squats, 100 KB Swings 20/12kg (45min Cap)  

Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm


(A) Shoulder Strength & Stability

(B) In teams of 2 for time-100 TTRings, 100 WallBalls 9/6kg 10/9ft, 100 KB Swings 24/16kg (45min Cap)   

Advanced 5:30pm

(A) Shoulder Strength & Stability

(B) 5RM Overhead One Legged Squat (10min Cap)

(B) In teams of 2 for time-200 TTBar, 200 WallBalls 9/6kg 11/10ft, 200 KB Swings 24/16kg (45min Cap)

Focus- (A) Do this in the warm up area (B) If you come onto your toes in a one legged squat work on your mobility between sets (B) Only 1 person working at 1 time

Coaches Points- (A)  (B) It is 5 reps consecutively (C) This is a long one so their will be no time to do part A during the scheduled session. Get straight into part B whilst warming up for part C.
