KIds & Super Youth 

Beginner 6am, 9:30am & 7:30pm

(A) Thrusters-Technique & Progressions

(B) In teams of 2 for time-100 Wallballs 9/6kg 9ft, 50 Pullups, 100 Box Jumps 20/12" , 100 One Arm KB Snatches 16/12kg  (25min Cap)
Intermediate 6am, 9:30am & 6:30pm

(A) 1RM Thruster

(B) One Legged Squat-Technique & Progression (If you are proficient, do one legged squats in part C instead of Box Jumps)

(C) In teams of 2 for time-100 Wallballs 9/6kg 10ft, 100 Pullups, 100 Box Jumps 24/20", 100 One Arm KB Snatches 24/16kg  (25min Cap)
Advanced 9:30am & 5:30pm

(A) 1RM Thruster

(B) Individually for time-2013 Regional Event 4 100 Wallballs 9/6kg 10ft, 100 C2Bar Pullups, 100 One Legged Squats Alternating, 100 One Arm Dumbell Snatches 30/20kg  (25min Cap)   
Focus- (A) This weight should be heavier then your 3 rep pictured (B)
