11am South West Sydney Games Day Preparation


(A) Intermediate-In teams of 2,3 OR 4-12min Amrap Stone to Shoulder 43/33kg then individually death by barbell clean 50/35kg

(A) Advanced Handstand Walk-In 10mins Accumulate as many metres.

(B) Advanced Individually-6min Amrap-Stone to Shoulder 66/43kg then death by barbell clean 60/40kg.


Focus- (A) Alternate Shoulders (A) If you don't have a handstand walk spend 10mins practicing (A) Alternate Shoulders for Amrap. Death by cleans is 1 clean the 1st min then 2 cleans the 2 min etc until you can't finish the rep range


Coaches Point- (A) Start the intermediates while the advanced practice handstand walks. You can do this session at CFS. Just stack 3 mats on top of each other for the stones to be lifted and dropped on  (A)  (B) THe death by barbell clean starts at the 6min mark so the bars need to be ready to go. It is a full clean
