Focus- (A) If at anytime in the ladder you miss a rep, stay on that weight for the next rep range. Use Racks (B) Ripping hands is a sign of bad preparation not toughness.Tape, wear gloves do whatever you need to do so you get the fastest time you can with no excuses

40, 45, 50, 1x55 - wound back to 50, then 45 for the remaining 3. Arms smashed.
Rows: 1:56, 1:32, 1:08, 46s, 20s.
(C) 8:21 :( I knew it would be slow because I have terrible TTB, but that combined with no arms = super slow.
