Focus- (A) If both of these elements look like a battle, just pick your battle with one of them (B) After a heavy part A this one is more a mental challenge to back up and have another good crack. Mental Toughness is trained just like Double Unders. Practice Practice Practice. It is 12 reps in total so partition as needed between each arm

ReplyDeleteFeeling better about my ring dips! Still slow as hell but faster than I was before and locking out more.
(B) 4:23 - started on 24kg for 4 reps, but finished the rest at 20kg. Need to control it on the way down more - a couple of close calls!!
