(C) Individually 15-12-9 Power Cleans 60/40kg, 30-24-18 TTRings

Beginner 6am & 7:30pm

Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm

(B) Build to a ME Power Clean-(Remember stay within the limitations of your movement)

(C) Individually 15-12-9 Power Cleans 60/40kg, TTB

Advanced 5:30pm

(A) Shoulder Stability & Strength Warm Up

(B) Build to a ME Clean & Jerk 

(C) Individually 15-12-9 Power Cleans 70/50kg, 30-24-18 TTRings

Focus- (A) This needs to be completed in the warm up area before we start (B) If your feeling it chase down a PB if not work the limitations of your movement (C)

  1. ME Clean&Jerk - 100kg didn't feel comfortable to move up, had 10 lifts, missed 3 4 ugly ones an 3 reasonable lifts.

  2. A. Got up to 105kg equalled PB ,had one crack at 107F
    B. 10:17 lost a lot of time on t2r engine needs a bit of a tune up!
