Beginner 6am & 7:30pm

(A) Thruster-Work within the limitations of your movement

(B) Rope Climb, Technique, Progressions

(C) Indvidually complete 5 Rounds 5 Front Squats, 2/1 Rope Climbs

Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm 

(A) 1RM Front Squat

(B) Rope Climb, Technique, Progressions

(C) Indvidually complete 4 Rounds 5 Thrusters 60/40kg, 3 Rope Climbs 15/12ft 

Advanced 5:30pm

(A) 1RM Thruster

(B) Indvidually complete 3 Rounds 2 Front Squats @ 90% 1RM, 4 Rope Climbs Roof/15ft 
   
Focus- (A) Tomorrows Part B has some heavy hang power cleans so might be a good idea to warm up with a few hang power cleans to thruster (B) Use Racks

    No PR but I've equaled my PR from the Parra games. 95kgs
