Thrusters EMOTM 4 x 4 80%, Max Bear Crawl Plate Push, 50 T2B & 50 Pushups


Super Youth 4:30pm

(A) Thruster 5@85, 3@890, 1+@95% 

(B) Indvidually complete 5 Rounds 5 Thrusters 50/35kg, 10 T2B, 10 Pushups 

Beginner 6am & 7:30pm

(A) Thruster-Work within the limitations of your movement

(B)  Individually complete 5 Rounds 5 Thrusters, 5 KTE, 5  HR Pushups

Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm 

(A) Thruster 5@85, 3@890, 1+@95% 

(B) Indvidually complete 5 Rounds 5 Thrusters 60/40kg, 10 T2B, 10 Pushups 

Advanced 5:30pm

(A) Thruster-EMOTM for 4mins 4 Reps @ 80% of 1RM.

(B) 10m Bear Crawl for Max Weight on Growler + 10 x 10m plate push 20/15kg AFAP Recover as needed between sets

(C) Individually complete 50 T2Bar for time (3min cap) + 50 Pushups for time (1:30min cap)
   
Focus- (A) If you didn't complete 5 x 3mins then repeat (B) This should be fun (C) At the 3min mark start pushups

  1. A) 4x4 @ 80kg's.. Very tough especially using the DEATH GRIP like i do...

    B)It got heavy

    C) T2B only got 36 out guts will be sore tomorrow.. 1.10 for push ups.. Struggled with both..

  2. A) 4x4 @ 68kg got to work on snapping those hips for a bit more momentum for the jerk part.

    B)210kg tried 300kg but only moved it a half a square. i don't think i would of made the 10m though
    i did 6 x 20kg plate push for 10m
    times were 9, 19, 14, 13, 12, 18. I'm sure there was a no rep in there somewhere though
