Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm
(A) Build to a 1RM Power Clean

Advanced 5:30pm
(A) Clean-Build to 95% 1RM then 2 attempts for ME
(B) Individually complete 3 Rounds FGB style of 1min WallBalls, Pullups, Burpee, Air Squat, KTE. At the start of each min perform 1 clean @ 80% of ME
Focus- (A) Warm Up with Burgener Warm up & some High Hang Clean (B) You must succesfully complete the clean before starting the next movement. Score is total reps.

B: Roughly 186 - no clean (possibly more very challenging keeping count) Good conditioning workout.
(A) Finally got my 60kg PB. Really happy, and grateful that Jody pointed out my grip width the night before, I think it made a big difference.
