Thursday-Gym Closed for Anzac Day Run 5km

Friday-Gym Closed (6am Session only) DVD night

Saturday-Olympic Total 1RM Snatch, 1RM Clean & Jerk

  2. Trained this morn with (s)Mel.
    Front Squat - 130kg, dropped 135kg.
    Back Squat - 2 sets, had trouble in the squat rolling into my toes - need to find a fix for this.
    Practiced normal grip Muscle Ups. Did 7 false grip singles
