Focus- (A) The days of just putting your head down and working hard in CrossFit are over. Workouts need to be planned out and a game plan come up with to reach your potential in the opens. (B & C) If you have trained Monday, Wednesday, Friday then just tick any boxes you need to tick so that you are best prepared mentally for friday night. Practice movements, workout area set ups etc
