Focus- (A) The days of just putting your head down and working hard in CrossFit are over. Workouts need to be planned out and a game plan come up with to reach your potential in the opens. (B & C) If you have trained Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday then just tick any boxes you need to tick so that you are best prepared mentally for friday night. Practice movements, workout area set ups etc
