Focus- (A) Warm up Wall Balls. Set foot placing marks. Find target (B) Get your rhythm, don't be concerned if there not flowing for you. Double Unders will be unpredictable after 150 wall balls. Just go with it, have confidence in your ability. (C) Make sure your rings are at the correct height, you have chalk nearby
