(A) EMOTM for 5mins 1 Power Snatch + 1 Full Snatch + 1 Power Snatch 50/35kg then EMOTM for 5mins 1 Power Snatch + 1 Full Snatch 60/40kg then EMOTM for 5mins either 1 Power Snatch or 1 Full Snatch 75/45kg
(B) Nancy-5 Rounds 400m Run 15 OHS 40/30kg
Focus- (A) Transitions from power snatch to full snatch both physically & mentally (B) Building the engine.
