(A) Deadlifts 3@80%, 3@85%, 3+@90%

(B) Heavy Diane-15-12-9 Deadlift 120/80kg, HSPU 
  
(C) Tabata HR Push Up

Focus- (A) Last set is the money set, go home with something worthwhile in the bank (B) If you have a strict HSPU use it here (C)  Post total reps to comments

  1. got to train with the big boys tonight was very nervous but excited to see the amazing things the advance group can do. good work guys.

    a) dead lifts 80= 38
    85= 41
    90= 43

    b) Diane = push ups instead of hand stand push ups

    time - 4 mins

    5:09 was a PB by over a minute was heaps happy with my HSPU's.

    C) Tabata HR push ups 79 dead set destroyed me..

    Then finished with my 5min row..

  5. Deadlifts - 6 at 90% lost my hook grip and the bar fell out of my hands

    WOD - 9.56
    Thanks Brett for judging and all the encouragement

    (3min PB from christmas) did all dead lifts unbroken. the HSPU gave me grief today I even fell off the wall and landed on my neck.
    Cant understand why I sucked at HSPU - something im usually strong in that just means I need to work more on them!!!
