(B) 9.19 - TTB always slowing me down, I think part of my pre-opens training will be working on this for at least 10-15 mins each training session.
Slowly getting better at double unders too! Still a lot of work needed to get unbroken reps.
a) my one was 48kg not sure if I'm lifting more or less at this stage but felt good

Worked on muscle ups, with the false grip! Really appreciate the extra coaching on this tonight. Should be pumping these out in the dozens in no time!!!
