(A) Back Squat Warm Up 1 x 5@40% - 1 x 5@50% - 1 x 3@60% Working Sets 1 x 5@85% - 1 x 3@90% - 1 x 1+@95%
(B) EMOTM for 12mins complete a Barbell Complex 50/35kg = 1 x Deadlift + 1 x HP Clean + 1 x Press/Jerk (Any). Every min increase the barbell complex by 1 rep. So the 2nd Round will look like this....2DL + 2HPC + 2 Overhead THEN the next minute 3xDL + 3xHPC + 3xOverhead etc NOTE: If you do not complete a round by the top of the minute. Go back to the last round you completed successfully and aim to finish that round.
