  4. (A) Worked on snatch technique - with some well spotted changes to my arm position, it changed my lift in an instant! I think I almost cried I was so happy! Thanks Mel! :)

    ..and even more confirmation I need a Bella!

    (B) 11:14 - pretty happy with this! I think my first Helen was well over 12 or 13 mins.
