Beginner/Intermediate

(A) Power Snatch In 20min find 1rm

(B)  In teams of 2 40 Partnered Wallball 9/6kg @10ft 30 Partnered Push ups 40 Sit-ups with Medball throw 30 Push-ups 20 Partnered Wallball

Advanced

(A) 
Push Press 3-3-3 Jerk 2-2 NOTE: Push Jerk the first rep of the Jerk & Split the second. 

(B) In teams of 2 40 Partnered Wallball 9/6kg @10ft 30 Partnered Push ups 40 Sit-ups with Medball throw 30 Push-ups 20 Partnered Wallball

(C) Skills or Mobilise

Focus-(A)  AHAP (B) Communicate with your teammate. Working in a team of 2 should be a continual flow of movement
