Redid the power cleans from yesty.
ReplyDeleteThis time I took little jumps (5kg) from 80kg, all cleans up to 105kg felt great an landed well. Had a few goes at the 110, but need to get lower.
WOD 52kg (6rnds) managed 2 (3 pump) rope climbs to the ceiling. The rest were 4 1/4.
Fun in that sic Crossfit way.
(A) Worked on kipping TTB. Really tried to get my legs to go through smoothly at the bottom but my arms don't know what they are doing!! Managed a slow return but not the full kip.
ReplyDelete(B) Locky, there must of been plenty of prizes to go around cause I walked away with 2 full rips, one blister and two 'about to rip' fingers.
6 full rounds - I skipped the pull up bar in the 7th round because I physically could not hold on anymore!
It was fun though! I love rope climbs!
