(B) Individually 5 Rnds (Total Time) 3 HPC @ 90% of ABOVE'S BEST LIFT, 6 Box Jumps 30/24, 12 T2B, 1/2 Gasser 3 Hang Squat Cleans (Same Load as ABOVE) Recover 1:1
Focus- (A) Work at whatever ability level your at (Don't miss anything because of load being too heavy) (B) Focus on consistent rounds. Your rounds should not blow out more then 30secs.

Missed the first couple of Hangs in RND 1, but the remainder all reps unbroken.
Gotta love the friendly banta ATM.
CJ's only worked up to 73kg's.. Not my favourite movement as im not even close to getting it into the rack position..

ReplyDelete(B) Started WOD using 85kg, learnt a lesson tonight. Definately need to do some warm up lifts before starting. Missed first couple of lifts then dropped weight to 80kg. 3:30, 2:30, 2:45, 2:40, 2:34
PS whats all this banter people are talking about? I havnt noticed?
