Scoring-3 Points for each rope climb, 2 points for each successful 2Fer1,1point for each double under

    Front squat Same as Tanya as my front squat weight was based on a full clean 56 kg
    Tried for a new PB and got 75kg!!!!

    focused on snapping hips in 2 for 1 so was a bit slow in them
