(A) CLEAN & JERK Working from your PB weight 5 singles @ 70% then
Add 5kg & perform a single
Add 2.5kg & perform a single
Add another 2.5kg
Add another 2.5kg
Add another 2.5kg
Add another 2.5kg
Add another 2.5kg
*Any misses, drop back to previous weight. 12 lifts in total once 70% is started.

(B) Run 800m 60 HSPU Run 800m

Scoring-For Time

*Athlete A and B start run together. When both Athletes are back they can start HSPU but get only 1 attempt at Max HSPU.Athlete B must continue on with reps and has 1 attempt at max HSPU. This alternating pattern continues until all reps are completed.
