Warm up to 70% of 1rm Snatch and perform 5 singles at this weight Then Add 5kg & perform a single
Add another 2.5kg & perform a single
Add another 2.5kg
Add another 2.5kg

*Any misses, drop back to previous weight. 12 lifts in total once 70% is started.

(B) 42-30-18, C2B Pullups, Lateral Burpees
Scoring-For Time
*Athletes A and B partition C2B Pullups as needed. Lateral Burpees are performed with Athlete A laying facedown, Athlete B performs a burpee next to Athlete A and then laterally jumps over them and back and then lays face down in their original starting spot. Athlete A then jumps to their feet and claps overhead, performs a lateral jump over Athlete B and back. This pattern continues until all reps are completed.

1 @ 47.5kg NEW PB(this was rookie mistake, did the maths wrong in my head, too much maths at work today!!! Jody told me after my lift what I had lifted I was a little embarressed that I didnt add up right but stoked at my new PB)
Stripped the bar back to 37.5 kg and worked up again on technique.
WOD 14.09 worked with Tasia and did this requested!!!
