Mobility WOD-Squat Cycle 1

(A) BACK SQUAT 1x10 @ 60%,1x8 @ 70%, 1x6 @ 75%, 1x4 @ 80%

(B) 5 Rnds each of Sprint 200m Max Effort Unbroken Thrusters 60/43

Scoring-Reps per second. Divide Total run times by total thrusters

Athlete A sprints 200m whilst Athlete B keeps time. As soon as Athlete A gets back in the box Athlete B scores their run time. Athlete A then has a max of 20 seconds to be on the bar for max effort unbroken thrusters. If Athlete A isn't on the bar for thrusters within 20 seconds it is a 20sec time penalty for their team. Athlete B then starts their round. This pattern continues until both Athletes have completed 5 rounds each

    WOD@60kgs run/Thruster 40s/5, 43s/5, 47s/3, 49s/5, 47s/7
    Found it hard to breath on the thrusters after the runs.
