(A) Build to a ME lift on C&J over 6 attempts, then take 85% of your heaviest load & perform
2 reps over 8 sets (Wait at least a min before performing your next set)
(B) 30 Power Snatch 60/40, Run 200m, 40 Snatch 40/30 Run 400m, 60 Hang Snatch 30/20, Run 800m

*Athlete A & Athlete B partition reps as needed. Aim for as many reps as you can unbroken. On the runs, you start at the same time but the first athlete back can start the next element before their teammate makes it back.
Max Effort C&J - 73,84,88,96,96,101(F) probs should have sat with the 96kg, as they were a little wobbly on the Jerk, but the 100kg is a long time goal of mine.

WOD was 20min+ because I didn't listen and did the team reps for the WOD as an individual. And I wondered why when I was half way through the 2nd set my shoulders where burning. Subbed runs for DU. I'll chalk this one up as a lesson in listening (#11 eh HC)
Great session tonight was on a high from PT last night so I came in with a positive mind set.
