Mobility WOD - Squat Cycle 2
(A) Back Squat - 1x10 @60% - 1x8 @70% - 1x6 @75% - 1x4 @80%, Front Squat - 1x5 @ 60% - 2x5 @70% 5 Unbroken Max Weighted Pullups between sets of squats
(B) 5 Rounds each 10 Alternating KB Snatch (5 each arm) 32/20kg whilst teammate holds chin over pullup bar. 12min Cap
Scoring-For Time
*Athlete A does a strict pullup and holds chin over bar whilst Athlete B performs 1 round of KB Snatch. If Athlete A drops chin below bar Athlete B must stop performing Snatches until teammate has their chin over the bar again. When Athlete B finishes 1 round they swap and continue this pattern until 10 rounds are completed.
(C) ME Unbroken Hang Power Clean 5min Cap.
1 set HPC of 75% 1rm of Power Clean You get 1 attempt & your heels can NOT go wider than your hips upon receiving the bar & no pausing between reps.
Scoring-Max Reps
*Athlete start with an unloaded bar. Once the bar is picked up at the start of the 5mins it cannot be put back down again until all 4 athletes have completed max rep HPC.
