*Both Athletes start the run at the same time. First Athlete back starts deadlifts whilst teammate waits. If the bar is dropped it is an opportunity for their teammate to deadlift and overtake. This pattern continues until both Athletes finish the Workout

ReplyDeleteB - Worked with Brooke this morning(well done Brooke).Found out that I have no stamina. Coming first all the way till the 800m, Brooke overtook and it was downhill from there. Finished in 11.16.
Need to get my fitness back.

ReplyDeletePartnered up with the Rookie on this, let him have a go at the Deads first, hoping that he wouldn't get thought them. But he managed and then I was chasing him throughout the whole WOD. Time 10:55 unbroken.
Snatch 4 x 60kg, 2 x 70kg. Good to be back at CFS.
