(A) Build to a ME lift on Snatch over 6 attempts, then take 85% of your heaviest load & perform
2 lifts OTM for 8min.

Scoring-ME & Successful lifts out of 16

(B) Skill- Muscle Ups

  1. looked on the website to day and went in with a game plan with expected weights.
    1) 35.7kg (failed because I didn't do a full snatch)
    2) 38.2
    3) 40.7
    4) 43.2
    5) 45.7
    6) 48.2 (failed)
    Happy with this as I have not snatched over 43kg since the games.

    WOB used 38kg and got 15/16

    Muscle up work tonight (wasn't feeling the muscle up love tonight :-(

    Stripped it back to 15kg bar for WOD

    Even with no weight, actually felt great to get close to the lift at all!

    Skills - Muscle up: transitions. Definitely a new challenge!

  6. Snatch- 40, 50, 60 fail, 60, 65, 70 fail.
    Was really working on keeping my bum down and speed under the bar.
    Emotm- @ 56kg 16/16
    Worked on strict muscle ups.
