(C) 20 ABMAT Situps a minute for 5minutes with max rep HSPU in rest period

  1. Completed all back squats working at a 118KG 1rm and 100KG 1rm for front squats.

    The WOD had my worst two movements (Snatch and OHS). I worked at 43KG and finished it in 8:03.
    Great to see Jody getting involved, should happen more often.

    finished 4 sets of the sit ups with about 10 HSPU all up.

  2. (A)BS 87.75, 94.5, 108, 114.75 all sets completed.
    FS 60, 70, 75, 80 all completed.

    (B) Worked at 43kg. finished in 6:50.

    (C) Completed the 5 rounds of situps & 9 hspu's.

  3. Back squat worked of a 1rm of 89 front squat worked of a 1rm of 56 and got all reps out

    Wod worked with 33kg over head squats felt really heavy today

    Part c -
    Round 1 situps and 12 hspu
    Round 2 situps and 9 hspu
    Round 3 situps and 3 hspu
    Round 4 situps and 1 hspu
    Round 5 only got 18 situps :-(

    Great atmosphere tonight and the vibe with the wod in heats was awesome!!!!!

    (B) Power snatches & OHS@ 33.2kg -86 reps
    Last round was more of a mental than physical challenge.. wasn't there 100%. Moments like this makes you realise just how it easy it is for your thoughts to turn on you when you need it most. Mental make over.

    (C) 5 rounds of tabata sit ups..

    50kg for wod got 8 somthng? couldnt remeber time but remebered getting kicked it the maximus hahaha gee i wonder who that was....
    so loving the super class.
