WARM UP
Junkyard Dog, Burgener Warm Up & in between your first few warm up sets do 5 reps of 2fer1s
(A) 15 minute time limit from Warm Up, Snatch 1 rep (heavy – go for PB if feeling it)
(B) 5 Rounds of 7 Power Snatch 50/35kg, 14 Floor Wipers 50/35 (7 each side), Max Double Unders
Scoring-Max Double Unders
Athlete A starts 7 Power Snatches whilst Athlete B starts Double Unders. When Athlete A finishes power snatches they swap. When both athletes are finished they both perform Floor Wipers and then move back to their starting element
(A) Worked up to heavy single - 48.9 (got it on third attempt). Didn't get a PB tonite but spent a fair bit of time using an unloaded bar working on shrugging and getting under the bar... Didn't realise I was jumping forward as opposed to out either.
