CrossFit Games Team Event 6 & Team Event 3

Teams of 6


For time:
Women complete:
60kg Clean and jerk, 30 reps
90m Sprint (all 3 women)
20’ Rope climb, 20 reps
Then, men complete:
84kg Clean and jerk, 30 reps
90m Sprint (all 3 men)
20’ Rope climb, 20 reps
Then as a relay (women then men), each member must complete 1 rep of
20’ Rope climb
90m Sprint
60/84kg Clean and jerk


Once the member starts off on a sprint, the next member may not begin the rope climb until the previous member competes the clean and jerk.


Time Cap: 19 minutes


2 rep max Front squat for load

Each team will have one barbell (with a rack) and 4 minutes for all 6 members to complete the lifts.

Time Cap: 4 minutes

After the 4 minute time cap is up, teams will reset and transition to the Team Triplet.

    Not to sure of the time, I think it was round the 20min.
    What a great team, Tanya, Braydon, Luke, Kev an myself.
    Double reps an everyone tucked in an hot the job done, through groans, moans an a few swear words.

    Then the finisher, 2RM Front Squat cumulative total, well done with everyone getting PBs

  2. Not surprisingly the shin copped it the worst from rope climbs, got a nice corker of a bruise today!

    Appreciate the boys putting up with a beginner, and also for the encouragement when it got tough.

    Browney, you definitely lead the way and it was awesome to see the other guys go just as hard. Especially in that 2RM front squat!
