*Male Athlete A&B Partition Muscle Ups as Needed. Simultaneously Female Athlete A&B partition C2B pull-ups. When the athletes have completed 18 Muscle Ups & 18 C2B Pullups they will all move onto Snatch and continue this pattern until all reps are completed.
Tonights Workout will be followed by a No Beers, Bread or BBQ sauce hosted by CFS so bring an extra something to share with CFB athletes.

ReplyDeleteFor me those Muscle Ups were a killer and when Jody said it was Team Amanda, I shit myself, then thought, I pity my partner. Poor Rookie drew the short straw an carried me well. I think I did maybe 12 of the 42 MU, so thumbs up James 30MUs.
As for the snatch loved em, heavy enough to make it a very enjoyable challenge
