  4. Strength : Cleans work up to a set of 3 at 90kg. Still pulling early, went back to 60 kg to work on technique. Would love to knock out one equal to my front squat 120kg.
    Practiced MU turnouts with false grip, getting close to stringing 2 MU with full lock out.

    Clean @70 -new PB.. Getting abit better @shrugging which is good, still needs work tho.
