(A)Run 3.2km

(B)Amrap
7 KB Swings - 24/16
2 Goblet Squats

Scoring- Reps/Second Total Run Time divided by Total Reps

*Athlete A runs 400m whilst Athlete B starts Amrap. When Athlete A returns from 400m Run they will take the bell off Athlete B and continue Amrap. If either athlete drops the bell or puts the bell down during Amrap they will carry a 9/6kg medicine ball for their next 400m.

  1. Wow this workout was hard!
    Made a rookie mistake and drop the bell in round 1 and had to run with a medicine ball I made sure that was the only time I dropped the bell!

    Totally failed this tabatta but it was good to see the boys pull out big numbers!
