* Round 1 Team A's athletes will perform max rep thrusters at the same time then Team B's ahtletes. Both teams move onto T2B. Team A's athletes will perform max reps T2B then Team B's athletes. This pattern continues for the 3 rounds.

ReplyDeletestrength front squat 3 sets at 60kg tried 65kg and 62.5 kg but only got one out each time.
WOD - 5 round requested 35 kg thrusters time: 10.25
Did 4 rounds of unbroken ttb but ripped my hands and couldnt do the last round unbroken.
