CrossFit SWS Games Day this Sunday

Hi Guys the Crosfit C'Town games are on this Sunday, If your competing here's some info from there Blog.

•Date is 27-11-11
•Rego from 7.30am till 8.00am
•First Heat will kick off at 8.15am
•Please do not park in the middle area of complex (where the gym is located) as we need the space for workouts. – Park on the street, down the bottom of the complex or up the very top of the ramp. DO NOT PARK ON THE RAMP (You’ll figure it out).
•Lunch will be provided – a T-shirt will be provided.
•Coffee will be available on site.
•Feel free to bring a pop up gazebo as it should be pretty hot – There’s plenty of room.
•Discounts on supplements will be available on the day so bring cash if you’re interested in saving some coin.
For those not compting - there's still time. Or if you've got a couple of hours free, come down and cheer your team mates on.
